Power Pout Lipstick

This pink is just stunning! It suits my colouring which is blonde and blue eyed, don’t know if that makes any difference, but I don’t suit nudes or browns at all, they make me look washed out. Pinks and reds however, they make my face come alive! And this colour gets compliments.

I originally bought the Jasmine lipstick from the Disney collaboration, but it’s no longer available, so I was looking for a a replacement. Bend and Snap is a good replacement, although a slightly different pink. Lioness from the lux range is also a good replacement, although all 3 are a tiny bit different in shade. Bend and Snap is redder than Jasmine, while Lioness is more pink than red. It’s a blue based red, not orange based, (another colour that doesn’t suit me) reds and blues, those are my colours

The bend and snap doesn’t dry out my lips either, it’s a creamy formula and feels like I’ve just put on silk. It’s a matt lipstick, but you can apply gloss to it to make it shine if you prefer.

The packaging is beautiful, as is every Colourpop product. The lipstick comes in a matt tube that also feels silky, you can tell they’ve really thought about how to present it. I love Colourpop for this reason; the attention to detail is second to none. I order it from the UK, and wait patiently because I know I won’t be disappointed.
