    By far thé best eyeliner there is.

    I live in Mexico City and I cannot fathom using any other black eyeliner. They always arrive well packed and the quality never disappoints. Love them!!

    Beautiful!

    Absolutely LLLOVE this liner... If you like Black Honey eyeliner or make up line, you'll adore this! I love it more then the Clinique Black honey. Charmer doesn't have shiny glitter bits in it and definitely love that. I'm not a glitter fan at all...
