    It’s PERFECT as a fun alternative to black. It’s vivid enough that it’s not simply navy, but neutral enough that you can pull off a natural glam. Buildable.

    I use primer and it stayed in it’s place for several hours, but if I pull it down close to the corner of my eye I have noticed some drifting to my under eye- HOWEVER, I don’t dislike the effect.

    Normally I’d knock it for that. It’s just a really pretty blue. Pushes my review back up to 100 despite the bit of care to swipe my under eye. It took hours for it to drift. And my eyes are a bit hooded to it’s always something I have to be careful with.

    It’s a staple in my makeup bag.
