    Love this!

    It glides on so nice and does change color a bit in the light. Exactly what I wanted. I have another liner that I love but it's not from a US brand so I wanted something affordable but comparable and this is it!

    Vivid and easy to use

    I don't get a lot of chroma from this but it's so pretty, glides on, vivid, and stays put but isn't waterproof (which is a bonus to me)
