Just a Tint

I bought this to try out because my mom is always on the lookout for a red tinted balm and I want to be sure she’s trying a quality product before gifting one to her. So I tried this one and it did not disappoint! Upon opening, even just the smell of the product was so yummy, it’s like sweet and fruity. The color impact is soft with one swipe but definitely buildable and more vivid and bright as you apply more, as is the shine! (Ranges from a soft shine pinky red to a bright candy Apple red depending on the amount applied). It’s much shinier/glossy than I thought it would be but it’s very pretty and you can control the shine with how many layers you apply. It does rub off fairly easily as any balm would, but the tint stays behind a bit after you’ve had it on for a bit, but doesn’t stain ugly nor unevenly/patchy. So I appreciate being in control of when I can take off the shine and be left with a more matte look. I also feel like it adds some dimension and life to my face as my lips are very pale on their own. Lastly, I appreciate that it’s a retractable tube. I’m excited to gift my mom this product now that I’ve tried and loved it! I will buy another one again after I have run out of my tube and will for sure be trying more colors! ❤️‍🔥

I grabbed this because it was on clearance and I figured I’d give it a whirl. I was so pleasantly surprised at how great it is. It goes on smooth, smells fantastic, and starts as a natural, everyday shade of red that can be amped up with additional swipes.
