    Pigmented and Creamy

    It's a great creme pencil eyeliner! If that's a texture you like, you'd love this. It's very pigmented and creamy. It dries down fast and is actually waterproof. Since it dries down fast, if you want to blend it out, you have to move kind of quickly. Other than that, it's great! Once it dries down, it's smudge proof. There's no fallout from glitter or anything. And unlike some other waterproof eyeliners, it isn't hard to take off with makeup remover at the end of the day. All in all, it's a good product that does what it claims to!
