TIPS: Apply with your favorite shadow brushes. Flat and firmer brushes will give the most color payoff. Fluffier brushes are great for blending.

Lippie Scrub: Take a pea sized amount and scrub scrub scrub! Remove with a damp towel and lick off the excess. Top off with the Lippie Balm to instantly nourish lips. Best used as a prep before applying matte lipsticks.
