    Holy grail brow pencil

    I've been buying these pencils by the handful for years. They are nice and thin but not so much that they break constantly. They are the most neutral to cool-ish toned pencil I've found that isn't too dark. I'm fair with blue eyes and naturally blonde hair that I color platinum and its a struggle to find a light ash colored brow pencil. If colour pop ever made a light true grey pencil it's the only reason I'd stop buying this one.
