    I loved this pigment! Totally not matte, and very shimmery. Perfect color for a navy blue eye look. I always love their single shadows so that I can add it to my magnetic palette. Also you can’t go wrong with Colourpop ever.

    Perfectly matte, very pigmented. What you see in the pan is what you get. Can be lightly applied to slowly build colour which is easier. Colour doesn’t fade nor change when applied, however, it does not play nicely with others! Very difficult to blend.
